1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the weeTutor portal at portal.weetutors.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the portal.

2. Who can use the portal

The weeTutor portal is a private platform. Access is granted only to individuals who have been invited and approved by weeTutor. This includes registered tutors, clients (parents or guardians of students), and platform administrators.

3. Tutor responsibilities

  • Tutors must keep their availability up to date on the portal.
  • Tutors are responsible for approving or rejecting booking requests in a timely manner.
  • Tutors must attend confirmed sessions or provide reasonable notice of cancellation.
  • Tutors must not share their portal login credentials with any third party.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Clients may only request sessions with tutors assigned to them by weeTutor.
  • Clients must ensure students attend confirmed sessions or cancel with appropriate notice.
  • Cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of a session may not be actioned without admin approval.
  • Clients must not share their portal login credentials with any third party.

5. Booking and cancellation

All session bookings are subject to tutor availability and approval. A session is only confirmed once all required approvals have been completed. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of a session start time are subject to weeTutor's cancellation policy and may incur a charge at the discretion of weeTutor.

6. Zoom and video sessions

Confirmed sessions include a Zoom meeting link generated via the weeTutor platform. By using the portal, you agree to Zoom's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when participating in video sessions. weeTutor is not responsible for any issues arising from Zoom's platform or service availability.

7. Payments

Payment terms are agreed separately between the client and weeTutor. The portal tracks payment status for administrative purposes only. weeTutor does not process card payments directly through the portal.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and functionality on the weeTutor portal is owned by weeTutor. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the portal without prior written permission.

9. Termination of access

weeTutor reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any user who breaches these terms, behaves inappropriately, or for any other reason at weeTutor's discretion.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
